Congratulations! to all the students and staff of Trinity International school for receiving the British Council’s ISA Award for the years 2017-2020 The British Council International School Award (ISA) is a benchmarking scheme that accredits schools as having an outstanding level of support for: Nurturing global citizenship in young people Enriching teaching and learning It was a leadership challenge and fostered team building, innovation, and project management by bringing International dimensions to the Curriculum. This program has helped he students to explore the world.
Through the activities Rain Water Harvesting, English Poems on War, Universal Sign Languages they were able to realize that although they came from different cultures, they faced similar global problems and found creative ways of addressing these. These activities created environmental awareness and global issues pertaining to sustaining development. Activities like Flags of the World, World Heritage Sites, Festivals of Light and Mapping symmetry in the seven Wonders,have given the school a globally conscious ethos.
